sixteen oz dried spaghetti noodles
1 huge yellow onion chopped
4-6 cloves garlic minced
1 ½ kilos candy Italian sausage casing removed
three teaspoons dried Italian seasoning divided
forty eight oz spaghetti sauce 2 jars, divided
eight oz cottage cheese or ricotta cheese
eight oz cream cheese at room temperature
¼ cup bitter cream
three cups mozzarella shredded, divided
½ cup butter reduce into slices, divided
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Bring a huge pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta in keeping with package, drain properly and go back pasta to authentic pot. Add 1 jar of organized spaghetti sauce and integrate. Set aside.

Place 1/2 of the slices of butter in a 9×thirteen baking dish. Spread 1/2 of the spaghetti in dish, then unfold cheese aggregate calmly over spaghetti. Spread final spaghetti over cheese aggregate. Top with the final butter slices.Pour tomato meat sauce calmly over pinnacle layer of spaghetti.
Top with final mozzarella and bake in preheated oven till casserole is heated through, approximately 35-forty five minutes.
