For the crust:
1 box of yellow mixed cake
1/3 cup soft ghee
to fill in:
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup of brick bread chips
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9″ x 13″ baking tray with nonstick spray.
Mix the cake mixture with ghee and eggs and press into the bottom of the tray.
Pour the filling ingredients (sweetened condensed milk, pecans, small pieces of brick) onto the base and bake for 25-30 minutes. Leave it to cool before slicing. Enjoy!
